Relaxium®'s Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

Our products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee beginning on the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact Customer Service using the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of this page. When submitting your request, please provide your order number along with the recipient's name, e-mail address, and the shipping address used when placing the order. When returning your package, please insure it. Relaxium® is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your returned item to be processed, and another 7-10 days to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment provided. We are informed that credit card/banking institutions usually post the credit/refund to your account within 10 days after the refund is issued by us but remember that they are independent from us, and each have different policies and procedures that are subject to change without notifying us.
